Digipak Design Process
We chose this image as we thought it looked the best as the girl looks like she is falling in the air and it looks very dreamlike. On Photoshop we have cut out the background around her, so that we can layer this over a river image. The hair doesn't look very naturalistic right now but we will experiment around with the blur tools to remove the excess colour of the room we took this picture in.
Draft of Digipak
Here is a different ideas for the digipak.
we have kept the same style of image and hove used our own image ad pasted an image of a girl that we found online.
This would work well, however the image of the girl is not very good colouring, so we weren't able to explore much with this without it looking extremely fake and edited.
Draft of Digipak
Here we have played around with images in Photoshop to see what kind of design would look good for our digipak.
This image that we took would create the perfect feel for our digipak, as it's is simple and naturalistic would create the perfect dreamlike atmosphere that we are after. This image is great for a back or inside cover as it would be easy to add text over the top of the image such as tracks or information about the band.
This style of imagery would work well for us as we could use it for the front cover, as it has strong dream like feel. We created this image in Photoshop by three images together to make this effect of the sun setting and add the girl walking through the field.
